The race office is in the Tramhalle, beside the station Meiringen.

At the arrival all participants are to refer their hotel voucher and ski passport first in the race office.

Participants, who arrive before 21st March, get their hotel voucher and ski passport in the tourist information meiringen.

In most hotels is an area for the ski preparation. A central wax area is available in the Tramhalle (running office). This is opened from Sunday to Friday to 24.00h in each case.
